Membership Application - All new members must fill out this application and return the application with a check for the total stock purchase amount.
Intent to Sell - BTSC member in good standing wishing to sell their BTSC membership must fill out this application before they can sell their BTSC stock. This must be returned to the club before your stock can be sold to a new member.
